BLACKPINK joined hands with the world-famous game PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds to showcase a special collaboration content.
According to YG Entertainment, BLACKPINK’s “How You Like That” will be used as the lobby background music for PUBG Mobile. It will then be replaced by a new song from BLACKPINK’s first full-length album from Oct. 2. This is the first time for K-pop to be used for Battleground mobile.
In addition, abundant events have been prepared. From 3 p.m. today (Sept. 24), you can watch BLACKPINK videos celebrating collaboration with Battleground Mobile on the special event page in the game. Game users can also move to a private space prepared for each member of BLACKPINK and send a gift to the member they want to cheer for.
The compensation contents are also colorful. Under the six-step reward system, users will receive items like BLACKPINK’s cheering stick, game items, and more.
YG Entertainment and PUBG Corporation stated, “Along with the release of BLACKPINK’s first full album ‘THE ALBUM,’ various collaborative content and events will be additionally revealed.”
