Despite the sluggish drama market, youth dramas are showing eye-catching results.
According to Nielsen Korea, the 3rd episode of tvN’s Record of Youth, which aired on Sept. 14, recorded 7.2% viewership and soared up to 8.8% nationwide. This is 0.4% higher than that recorded in the previous episode and the drama’s new best viewership.
The drama is receiving favorable reviews for its realistic depiction of youth trying their best for their dreams.
The 5th episode of SBS’s Do You Like Brahms? recorded 4.5% and 5.8% viewership nationwide. This is a 0.5% rise from the 5.3% recorded in the previous episode and its all-time high record. The delicate story, beautiful visuals, and actors’ solid performances show perfect harmony, captivating viewers.
Meanwhile, MBC Everyone’s Lonely Enough to Love recorded 0.4% viewership.
