SM Entertainment and the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra will release SHINee Jonghyun’s “End of a day (Orchestra Ver.)” on July 24th as part of their collaboration project.

The orchestral rendition of the song will be released through SM STATION and will be available on various music streaming sites and the SMTOWN YouTube channel.

The orchestral version of “End of a day” was arranged by the renowned Park In Young. The vocal melody is delicately expressed by the beautiful wind and string instruments. In addition, the introduction of this rearrangement includes a sample of Claude Debussy’s famous “Claire de Lune.”

The Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra’s associate conductor David Lee will be leading the orchestra in the official music video. The video also emanates with warmth as it shows clips of the orchestra members playing “End of a day” and various scenes from everyday life.

SM Entertainment revealed, “We will donate all profits made from the ‘End of a day’ orchestral version to the Shiny Foundation, a foundation created by the family of SHINee Jonghyun, who wrote and composed the original song.”
