Highlight‘s Yoon Doo Joon will start his solo career in earnest.
On June 12, Highlight’s agency Around Us said that Yoon Doo Joon is preparing a solo album with the goal of releasing it in late July. They also added, “We are also planning on holding a fan meeting on July 4, the artist’s birthday, but it was postponed in the aftermath of COVID-19, and the exact schedule is yet to be confirmed.”
It is the first time in about two years that Yoon Doo Joon is releasing his solo song since “Nightmare,” a track in Highlight’s special album OUTRO released in November 2018.
Since his discharge on April 10, Yoon Doo Joon has participated in Jung Yong Hwa‘s “Would you marry me?” with Lee Jun and Kwang Hee. He is currently starring in tvN’s entertainment show 4 Wheeled Restaurant Korea.
