Actor Song Kang Ho will appear in director Shin Yeon Sik‘s new film Cobweb (literal translation).
According to a source, Song Kang Ho has decided to star in the long-planned film Cobweb.
Cobweb is a new type of commercial film with black and white and color in one frame. It also has been known that the entire movie will be filmed indoor studio, drawing attention.
The meeting between Song Kang Ho and Shin Yeon Sik os raising expectations as it is a meeting between one of the best actors in Korea and a talented director. Although the plot is unknown, it is reported to be a masterpiece that destroys form and genre.
Cobweb is Song Kang Ho’s first choice after finishing Parasite‘s award-winning race. He is known to be fascinated by the scenario.
Director Shin Yeon Sik is best known for his film DONGJU; The Portrait of A Poet.
Meanwhile, Song Kang Ho recently started filming director Han Hae Rim’s new film Emergency Declaration (literal translation). When he finished working on the film around winter, he will begin working on Cobweb.
