Actor Jung Jin Young‘s director debut film Me and Me unveiled a trailed ahead of its official release in June.
Me and Me is a movie about a detective, who was investigating a mysterious fire case, faces a shocking situation of everything about him erased, and tries to search his real self.
The trailer begins with the appearance of detective Park Hyung Goo (Cho Jin Woong), who enters a foggy rural village with tense music. While investigating a mysterious fire in which a foreign couple had died, he notices suspicious hints about the villagers and starts tracking them. Then, suddenly, he faces a shocking situation where everything he remembers, from his job as a detective to his wife and family, disappeared.
A copy of “Everything I knew is gone” amplifies curiosity about the mysterious happenings, while his desperate search to find clues to get his life back heightens the level of immersion.
Jung Jin Young, an actor with a 33-year career, has actively performed in many films with artistic and social messages such as King and the Clown, Miracle in Cell No.7, Ode to My Father, and Claire’s Camera, La caméra de Claire. Now, he has embarked on his journey as a director, which he had been dreaming for a long time.
Me and Me will be released on June 18.
