‘On and Off’ Jo Se Ho Shows Off His Muscular Body after His Successful Diet

Jo Se Ho revealed his before and after weight loss pictures on tvN’s On and Off.

In tvN’s On and Off, which aired its first episode on May 2, Jo Se Ho picked the fitness center as the place he most frequently visited recently.

Jo Se Ho said, “This is the place I visit the most in a week. Five to six times a week? I work out for two hours. When I’m off, I definitely come here,” as he headed to the gym he’s been going for the past three years. His trainer Yoon Tae Sik was in charge of training Gong Yoo, Hyun Bin, Jung Yong Hwa, Kang Min Kyung, Suzy, Seol Hyun as well as Jo Se Ho.

Also, the fact that Jo Se Ho lost about 22 lbs in three months was revealed, drawing attention.

When Kim Min Ah asked about yo-yo effect, he answered that he’s successfully maintaining his weight. To which, Sung Si Kyung said, “Let’s meet for about a week. You know I’m famous as an eraser, abs eraser,” giving a laugh.

Meanwhile, tvN’s On and Off received favorable reviews as the show that shows the candid lives of celebs, even more than MBC’s I Live Alone.

tvN’s On and Off airs at 10:40 p.m. KST every Saturday.
