The Boyz‘s Juyeon and Kim Min Kyu, the hosts of SBS’s The Show, recently underwent the tests for coronavirus as a precaution.

“Juyeon is under self-isolation after completing tests for coronavirus on April 2,” said an official from Cre.ker Entertainment, his agency, on April 3. “He is not a subject for the test since he never made any direct contacts with the patient, but he underwent the test anyways as a preventive measure for his safety. The results will be released on April 4.”

Kim Min Kyu’s agency, Jellyfish Entertainment, also said that Kim Min Kyu recently completed COVID-19 test and added that other staff who were at the scene have also been examined just in case. According to the agency, those who underwent the tests are currently in self-isolation and the results are expected to come out next Monday.

Juyeon and Kim Min Kyu are the hosts of The Show, along with EVERGLOW’s Sihyun. Sihyun was tested early and was confirmed negative of the virus. Juyeon and Kim Min Kyu voluntarily tested themselves for prevention.

Previously, after EVERGLOW’s manager was confirmed with coronavirus on April 1. The confirmed patient reportedly showed symptoms of fever on March 27 and attended the filming site of The Show on March 24.

Meanwhile, every staff of The Show have completed the tests for coronavirus. No further confirmed cases were reported, but the show will be cancelled on April 7.
