Singer-actor Lee Seung Gi made a surprise appearance on SBS’s 8 O’clock News, drawing attention.
On March 30, Lee Seung Gi drew keen attention when he appeared on a Sports News section on SBS’s 8 O’clock News and acted as a co-host with announcer Kim Yoon Sang.
After introducing Lee Seung Gi as “the special announcer of the day,” Kim Yoon Sang said, “Lee Sung Gi will introduce the last video of the day.”
“This is a video of Kim Sang Ho from Lotte, a professional baseball team, who left the baseball scene after undergoing brain tumor surgery two years ago. He signaled his resurrection with a two-run home run during the team practice game today,” said Lee Seung Gi, announcing the event happened in the Lotte Giants’ practice game.
Meanwhile, questions are continuing regarding his appearance in the news. Some are speculating that this might be a mission related to the “master” from SBS’s Master in the House.
Lee Sung Gi is currently starring in SBS’s entertainment show, Master in the House.
