Actor Park Myung Hoon is returning to the big screen with the upcoming movie, Bikwang (literal translation).
Park’s agency Ace Factory announced that “Park Myung Hoon decided to star in the upcoming movie ‘Bikwang.’”
Bikwang is a family noir film directed by Lee Ji Won, who previously directed Miss Baek. The movie tells the story of the glamorous couple who struggles to get everything back after they fall into the abyss after being involved in the incident. Previously, Ha Ji Won and Ryu Seung Ryong have already confirmed their roles.
Park will play a detective in charge of a case involving Hwang Jung Gu (Ryu Seung Ryong). The attention is rising as to what kind of chemistry there the two actors will show.
Meanwhile, Park gained attention for playing the role of Geun Sae in Parasite. He swept the 26th American Actor Guild Award, the 19th Director’s Cut Award for the New Actor, and the 28th Buil Film Award for Best Supporting Actor.
