‘Sulli’s Law’ Is Gaining More Attention

‘Sulli’s Law’ is beginning to gain more attention as politicians are preparing to present the law before the National Assembly in early December.

The law has been brought up by The New Alternative Party in Korea from its concerns of malicious comments causing “social murder”, that rose from Sulli’s passing. It focuses its attention on minimizing the number of malicious comments online, and although the exact language of the law is not yet available, there is plenty of discussion that is being held regarding the quite difficult execution that must take place in order for the institute change to happen effectively without being unconstitutional.
