BTS’s “golden maknae” Jungkook, is back and sporting a fresh, new haircut.
On the 29th, the official BTS TikTok account dropped a short clip of Jungkook dancing to a remix of “Seven” by DJ Alekso.
In the video, Jungkook has traded his long locks for a more streamlined, lighter haircut. Fans who came across the video were quick to gush, saying, “He looks great whether it’s short or long hair,” and “So cute. Reminds me of his younger days.”

Jungkook moved from Busan to Seoul alone at the young age of 15 to pursue his K-pop idol dreams. Making his debut as the youngest member of BTS in 2013 at 17, he initially charmed fans with his youthful face and chubby cheeks. As time passed, he transformed into a heartthrob, shedding his baby fat and toning up his muscles.
During an interview with U.S. broadcaster “Sirius XM” on the 19th, Jungkook revealed that he is currently working on a new solo song following “Seven.” All eyes are on whether fans will get to see Jungkook’s new, short-haired look for his next comeback.
