Jang Hyuk and Jang Na Ra‘s Family will be released on Disney Plus.
Family is a comedy family drama that follows the story of Kwon Do Hoon (played by Jang Hyuk), a National Intelligence Service (NIS) agent who disguises himself as an ordinary office worker, and his wife Kang Yoo Ra (Jang Na Ra), who aspires to have a perfect family. Exceptions are rising as the upcoming show marks the fourth collaboration between the two leads, after Successful Story of a Bright Girl, You Are My Destiny and Old Good Bye.
Jang Hyuk plays Kang Yoo Ra’s husband, Kwon Do Hoon, who works as a National Intelligence Service (NIS) agent and disguises himself as an ordinary officer. He is a busy father and veteran sniper who loves his wife more than anything else.
Jang Na Ra stars as Do Hoon’s wife Kang Yoo Ra, who strives to protect his beloved family.
In addition to Jang Hyuk and Jang Na Ra, the cast of Family also includes Chae Jung An as Oh Chun Ryeon, Do Hoon’s senior and a professional NIS operative. Kim Nam Hee stars as Tae Goo, an uninvited guest who visits Do Hoon and Yoo Ra’s family. Lastly, Lee Soon Jae takes on the role of Kwon Woong Soo, Do Hoon’s father.
Family will premiere on April 17th.
