Pipeline, Korea’s first caper film that revolves around stealing oil, has confirmed its release in May.
Along with the news of its release, Pipeline dropped the first poster on the 22nd. This upcoming movie is about six thieves who dream of turning their lives around by stealing a million dollars worth of oil. Their crazy teamwork will be another key point to watch.
Pin Driller, played by Seo In Guk, is Korea’s one and only drilling engineer. Gun Woo (Lee Soo Hyuk), the head of an oil refining company, plans a dangerous operation. Jeop Sae (Eum Moon Suk) is a welder who prioritizes “witty talk” over welding skills.
Besides Seo In Guk, Lee Soo Hyuk, and Eum Moon Suk, Yoo Seung Mok, Tae Hang Ho, Bae Da Bin, and more will animate the story with their colorful charms.
To get the job done, Gun Woo puts together a team of “experts”: civil engineer Mr. Na, excavation expert Big Shovel, and watchdog Counter. In the meantime, Pin Driller and Jeop Sae will double the fun with their bickering chemistry.
