Go Hyun Jung is in talks to make her comeback with a new drama.
On Oct. 19, Go Hyun Jung’s agency IOK Entertainment said, “It is true that the actress received an offer from I’ve Never Loved Nobody (literal title), and she is positively reviewing it. But nothing has been confirmed yet.”
I’ve Never Loved Nobody tells the story of a woman, who briefly abandoned the titles as a mother and wife to fully commit to her desires, and another woman who became “the support role of her own life” because of her.
The role that has been offered to Go Hyun Jung is Jung Hee Ju. Despising her poor days, Jung Hee Ju is the kind of person who is wholly enjoying her “now,” neither envying other youths or wanting to go back to that time. Hee Ju held her husband Hyung Sung’s hand to escape poverty and turned her life upside down. But one day, she meets “him,” who makes poverty look like another decoration for youth, and her life is violently shaken.
I’ve Never Loved Nobody is currently in talks to be programmed as a JTBC drama.
Meanwhile, Go Hyun Jung has been on a break for about a year and a half since the end of KBS drama My Lawyer, Mr. Jo 2: Crime and Punishment.
