Min Hee Jin‘s independent label, ooak records, released mysterious teasers on its official social media channels on February 5th, giving the world its first glimpse into Min’s highly anticipated new boy group.

The teasers featured a short video set in a record shop, where a woman speaking French on the phone says, “It’s a record shop. Many things are coming. You’ll like it. Let’s talk later.”

However, the most buzzworthy post was a digital billboard styled like a “WANTED” poster. It featured a photo of an unnamed young man, presumed to be the first unveiled member or trainee, along with specific recruitment details.

The poster listed the age requirement as “Born between 2008 and 2013,” confirming that the group will have members aged roughly 13 to 18. The “Place of Birth: Unknown” detail has fueled speculation that the group will be multinational, continuing K-pop’s trend of global expansion.

Another teaser clip included a voiceover promising, “We have a lot prepared. You will definitely like it,” signaling ooak records’ ambition to disrupt the music industry once again.

Min Hee Jin founded ooak records last October following her departure from HYBE. She has previously expressed her intention to launch a boy group first, stating in interviews that it would be a “natural next step” for her creative style.
