Ahn Hyo Seop and Chae Won Bin’s Farm Rom-Com ‘Sold Out On You’ Sets April Premiere

Ahn Hyo Seop and Chae Won Bin are teaming up for a new romantic comedy.

SBS’s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama Sold Out On You will premiere April 22nd, bringing a fresh romance story to the network’s midweek lineup.

The series follows Matthew Lee, a perfectionist young farmer known by the nickname “Quail,” and Dam Ye Jin, a top home-shopping host who believes everything should sell out. The drama marks SBS’s latest romantic comedy following hits like Business Proposal, Love Scout, and Dynamite Kiss. A strong cast including Ahn Hyo Seop, Chae Won Bin, Kim Beom, and Ko Doo Shim will lead the story.

At the table read, Ahn Hyo Seop brought the character of Matthew Lee to life with a sharp tone that contrasts with the character’s warm personality. He also added playful energy to scenes involving farm work, even making sound effects with his voice during moments such as driving a tractor.

Chae Won Bin, who plays successful home-shopping host Dam Ye Jin, brightened the reading with her lively and cheerful performance. Kim Beom takes on the role of Seo Eric, an executive director at the cosmetics company L’Etoile, portraying a character known for his gentle and thoughtful personality.

Veteran actress Ko Doo Shim plays Song Hak Daek, the influential figure of Deokpung Village. Her warm smile, friendly dialect, and playful line “Want to stay for some potatoes?” added humor and charm to the atmosphere.

With the chemistry between Ahn Hyo Seop, Chae Won Bin, Kim Beom, and Ko Doo Shim, Sold Out On You promises a lighthearted romance filled with sweet moments. The drama premieres April 22nd at 9 PM KST on SBS.
