Hyeri has shared some joyful family news that her younger sister is expecting her first child.
Hyeri’s younger sister, Lee Hye Rim, announced her pregnancy on social media on December 17th with a sweet post, including the caption, “I’m having a baby human.” She shared an ultrasound photo of the fetus, introducing the baby with the adorable nickname ‘Ppiyaki’ (Little Chick), writing, “Baby Ppiyak has become quite human-like.”
Hyeri, who is famously close with her sister, immediately shared her excitement in the comments, exclaiming, “Cheep cheep!” in anticipation of becoming an aunt.

Lee Hye Rim also opened up about her pregnancy journey on her YouTube channel. She revealed that she discovered the news a bit later than expected. “I found out late, at six weeks pregnant,” she explained. “When I visited the hospital, the doctor even asked, ‘Why did you come so late?'”
She recalled taking a test after missing her period and seeing “two very clear lines.” Fortunately, her pregnancy has been relatively smooth so far. “I didn’t experience any morning sickness, food aversions, or even ‘husband sickness,'” she joked. However, she did note some changes: “I suddenly had cravings in the middle of the night, and my skin troubles became severe.”
The happy news comes just a month after Lee Hye Rim tied the knot in November, marrying her boyfriend of 10 years. The wedding was an emotional affair for Hyeri, who was seen shedding tears of joy while embracing her sister at the ceremony.
Lee Hye Rim first gained public attention through frequent appearances in Hyeri’s YouTube vlogs and has since built her own following as an influencer with over 110,000 subscribers.
