Netflix has unveiled the main poster and trailer for its upcoming mystery thriller The Price of Confession, starring Jeon Do Yeon and Kim Go Eun.
The series follows Yoon Soo (Jeon Do Yeon), a woman suddenly accused of murdering her husband, and Mo Eun (Kim Go Eun), an enigmatic figure branded a “witch.” The story unravels the dangerous events that unfold between these two women—each hiding secrets and each driven by desperation.
The main poster shows Yoon Soo and Mo Eun standing back-to-back on opposite sides of a wall, their contrasting expressions heightening the tension. Their uneasy partnership begins when Mo Eun approaches Yoon Soo and proposes a perilous deal to help each accomplish her own goals. The tagline, “Everyone must pay the price of confession,” hints at the irreversible consequences awaiting them.
The trailer intensifies this dynamic by revealing the truth behind their secret pact. After Yoon Soo is sentenced to life in prison in her first trial, Mo Eun approaches her with a chilling offer: “About your husband… I’ll confess to killing him.” Mo Eun’s unpredictable behavior, amplified by her reputation as a witch, raises even more questions about her motives. The situation escalates when it becomes clear that Mo Eun’s condition for confessing is that Yoon Soo must kill someone Mo Eun herself could not.

Flashes of Yoon Soo in panic suggest she may have accepted the deadly bargain. Meanwhile, prosecutor Baek Dong Hoon (Park Hae Soo) relentlessly investigates, pressing Mo Eun about her confession while never letting go of his suspicions about Yoon Soo.
Both women’s attorneys—Jang Jeong Gu (Jin Sun Kyu) for Yoon Soo and Jin Young In (Choi Young Joon) for Mo Eun—pursue the truth for their clients, only to find themselves increasingly unsettled by the two women’s opaque intentions.
Yoon Soo’s trembling line, “You must die for us to live,” and Mo Eun’s icy retort, “Now it’s time to return the favor,” raise the stakes even higher, suggesting that the women’s bargain has reached a point of no return.
The Price of Confession premieres exclusively on Netflix on December 5th.
