A new family connection has been revealed in the Korean entertainment world: rookie actress Han Ga Eul is the niece of legendary superstar actor Won Bin.
Her agency, Story J Company, confirmed the news to the media outlet Star News today. “Han Ga Eul is the daughter of Won Bin’s older sister,” a representative stated. “They are relatives.”
The agency also revealed that Han Ga Eul’s real name is actually Hwang Ga Eul.
Han Ga Eul, who is just beginning her career, made her debut in 2022 in a music video. She is currently appearing in the MBC drama To the Moon, playing an intern in a marketing team. The news of her famous uncle has brought her into the spotlight while she has been quietly building her filmography.
