Actress and T-ara member Hahm Eun Jung is getting married!
The star will tie the knot with acclaimed film director Kim Byung Woo on November 30th in a private ceremony in Seoul.
The couple met through mutual acquaintances in the film industry and have been in a relationship for several years. According to a report from OSEN, the announcement was made now because “both families hoped for the wedding to happen before the end of the year.” Sources have also confirmed that any speculation about a pre-marital pregnancy is groundless. The wedding will be an intimate ceremony with only close friends and family in attendance. The news comes just weeks after Ham said in a recent interview, “I think I should get married before I turn 40,” signaling her desire to settle down.
Hahm first rose to global fame as a member of the iconic girl group T-ara, known for smash-hits like “Bo Peep Bo Peep” and “Roly-Poly.” She has since built a successful acting career, starring in popular dramas like Dream High, Suji & Uri and most recently, Queen’s House.
Her fiancé, Kim Byung Woo, is an acclaimed director who first gained major attention for his 2013 award-winning thriller, The Terror Live. He has since directed films like Take Point and has the highly anticipated Netflix sci-fi disaster film The Great Flood set for release on December 19th.
