Lee Jun Young is set to appear as a special guest on the upcoming September 21st episode of SBS’s hit talk show My Little Old Boy, where he will share several behind-the-scenes stories about his career and love life.

On the show, the cast praised Lee Jun Young for his memorable role as IU’s first love in the hit drama When Life Gives You Tangerines. In turn, he recounted a story about facing public criticism for a particular scene where he stayed silent while his on-screen girlfriend served elders during a family meeting. He even shared that his own father had an unexpected comment for him after watching the scene.

Lee Jun Young also revisits the embarrassing mix-up at the recent Blue Dragon Series Awards, where he misheard the winner’s name and walked on stage instead of the actual winner, Lee Jun Hyuk. He recalled being so mortified he “wanted to go home,” and playfully called out MC Shin Dong Yup, claiming the host’s jokes as the presenter only made the situation more embarrassing.

The actor also makes a surprising confession about his love life, admitting he has so little dating experience he can “count the relationships on one hand.” Despite this, he reveals he has a special flirting technique that gets others to ask him out first, a secret which reportedly left the studio audience in awe.

Lee Jun Young’s full, candid conversation can be seen on My Little Old Boy, airing September 21st at 9:00 PM KST.
