Choo Young Woo Scores Four Consecutive Hits

J Wide Company actor Choo Young Woo mastered a variety of characters in multiple productions, including JTBC’s Lady Ok, Netflix’s Severe Trauma Center and The Square, and tvN’s Gyeon Woo and Seon Nyeo. Choo Young Woo is praised for his exceptional portrayal of a dual character in Gyeonwoo and Seon Nyeo. He easily transitioned between Bae Gyeon Woo, a cynical high school student, and Bong Su, a mischievous evil spirit. Choo Young Woo illustrated the characters’ distinct personalities through his gaze, tone of voice, and facial expressions.

Choo Young Woo’s schedule will allow him to meet international fans through his September Asia Fan Meeting Tour, titled Who (is) Choo?. The tour plans to make stops in Seoul, Bangkok, Taipei, Osaka, and Tokyo.

Shin Seung Ho Excels in a Variety of Genres, From Action to Psychological Dramas

King Kong by Starship actor Shin Seung Ho showed off his strong action star skills as the charismatic soldier Lee Hyun Sung in the hit movie Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint. The film surpassed 620,000 viewers within five days of its release and ranked number one at the box office during its opening weekend.

This month, Shin Seung Ho will return to theaters with his new film, Only God Knows Everything. He portrays a character named Father Do Woon, who uses confession to search for the truth behind his mother’s disappearance and death. The film carefully shows the struggle between faith and revenge. Shin Seung Ho has already received the Best Actor award at various events, including the Kyoto-Montreal Indie Film Festival and the Hollywood International Diversity Film Festival, for his unprecedented work in the movie.

Joo Jong Hyuk Has Comedy and Spy Projects Launching in September

This year, BH Entertainment actor Joo Jong Hyuk has showcased his superior acting ability through productions such as The Witch, Trigger, and Slow Train. He has two new K-dramas scheduled to premiere before the end of 2025.

His first project, titled Confidence Queen, premieres on September 6th. Amazon Prime Video, TV Chosun, and Coupang Play team up to create this upcoming comedy crime series. Confidence Queen is all about three con artists seeking revenge against villains. Joo Jong Hyuk portrays a quirky and lovable character named Myung Gu Ho. On September 10th, the second project is the Disney+ original series Polaris. Joo Jong Hyuk joins Jun Ji Hyun and Kang Dong Won in a suspense story centered on international politics and espionage.

Bae Hyun Sung to Team Up with Han Suk Kyu

Awesome ENT actor Bae Hyun Sung is working with veteran actor Han Suk Kyu. This new collaboration follows his previous projects with Choi Won Young in Family by Choice, Park Ji Hwan and Lee Byung Hun in Our Blues, and Jo Jung Suk in Hospital Playlist.
Later this year, Bae Hyun Sung plans to return to the small screen through tvN’s new K-drama titled Mr. Shin’s Project. This comedy mystery drama is set in a chicken franchise. Bae Hyun Sung plays a visionary character named Jo Philip, who is a respectable rookie judge. He collaborates with veteran actor Han Suk Kyu. Following his special appearance in Resident Playbook, Bae Hyun Sung’s upcoming project is highly anticipated.
