Lee Min Woo has made a surprise marriage announcement.
Lee Min Woo shared a handwritten letter on his social media on July 25th, revealing, “I’ve been feeling mentally exhausted lately after going through various situations. Spending more time with my family has allowed me to reflect on what family truly means.” He continued, “I’ve always had a vague desire to create my own family to be a source of strength for each other. During this time, I confirmed mutual feelings with a precious person I’ve known for a long time, and we’ve decided to become a family.”
Addressing his fans, Lee Min Woo added, “To our fans, who must be surprised by this sudden news, I struggled with how to share it, and it wasn’t easy to write this. But I didn’t want you to hear it from anyone else, so I’m telling you first, even with my imperfect words.”
He went on to promise, “Though I will experience more changes in my life in the future, I promise to continue meeting all of you as Lee Min Woo, and keep doing what I love on stage and in all that I do, driven by the love of fans and my family.”

With this announcement, Lee Min Woo became the fourth member of Shinhwa to get married, following Eric, Junjin and Andy. More details about his fiancée and wedding plans will be shared on KBS 2TV’s Mr. House Husband Season 2.
