Netflix’s hit dating show Single’s Inferno 4 welcomed its newest female game changer in episodes 5-6, introducing Park Hae Lin to the tropical paradise.
Following the show’s innovative “male game changer selection,” which saw three candidates—Hong Sung Bo, Kwon Ki Ha, and An Jong Hun—compete for a spot on the island, the series unveiled its female twist with Park’s arrival.
The MCs immediately praised her appearance, exclaiming, “She’s really beautiful!” Park introduced herself, stating, “If I were to describe myself, I’m cool and quick to acknowledge things, but I’m also cute and sweet. My charm points are my tall height and great figure.”
She continued, “I’m very outgoing, so I might seem like a bulldozer from the outside. But actually, I get really nervous in front of someone I like and get all awkward.” Describing her ideal type, she added, “When I’m flirting and the person gets shy with their face turning red, my heart flutters.”
Male contestant Kim Jung Soo shared his first impression: “She had an exotic look and was really beautiful. I think she’s the most beautiful one.”
MC Dex, who has a previous connection with Park from a drama he starred in, noted, “She has a different vibe from the existing contestants.”
Park’s entertainment background includes a stint as an idol trainee. She gained attention on JTBC’s 2017 audition show Mix Nine for her resemblance to Olivia Hussey. After two unsuccessful debuts—first through Mix Nine and later as a member of FAVEGIRLS—she pivoted to acting.
Her recent acting credits include roles in dramas Tarot and When the Silverbell Rings. In Tarot, a seven-part omnibus series, she appeared opposite Dex in the “Please Throw Me Away” episode, playing a restaurant worker who shuts down all of his delivery rider character’s advances.
Born in 2000, the 25-year-old actress is currently studying Film Arts at Sejong University while maintaining an active presence on social media platforms including Instagram and YouTube.
