BLACKPINK’s Lisa has once again proven her immense solo influence. She clinched two awards at the 2024 MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs), the continent’s biggest music awards ceremony.
Lisa took home the awards for “Best Collaboration” and “Biggest Fans” on October 10th (local time), at the Co-op Live in Manchester. Her collaboration with pop star Rosalía Vila Tobella, “NEW WOMAN”, released in August, secured the “Best Collaboration” trophy. Additionally, her strong fan base in her home country of Thailand and across Southeast Asia secured her the “Biggest Fans” award.
Meanwhile, BTS member Jimin won the “Best K-Pop” award, marking the second consecutive year a BTS member has won this category after Jungkook’s victory in 2021.
LE SSERAFIM took home the “Best Push” award. This award is given to the act that has shown the best performance among those featured on MTV’s “MTV Push” campaign over the past year.
