John Park released his new album PSST! on Wednesday, and the music video for the title track “Like A Dream” features a surprise appearance by actress Hyeri, drawing significant attention.

John Park and Hyeri first connected while appearing together on the Netflix variety show Agents of Mystery, which aired in June. They have since strengthened their friendship, with John Park making a guest appearance on Hyeri’s YouTube channel, Hyells Club.

The title track, “Like A Dream,” is a harmonious blend of diverse instrumentation and vintage-inspired elements. It features warm Korean lyrics by fellow musician Kwak Jin Eon. PSST! is John Park’s first studio album in 11 years, following the release of INNER CHILD in 2013. The album features diverse pop sounds rooted in jazz and soul, utilizing warm textures and comforting tonal qualities. It reflects John Park’s desire to create music that can be enjoyed over time and serves as a heartfelt musical confession he has accumulated over the years.

John Park has established himself as a quintessential R&B solo artist, showcasing his appealing baritone voice and soulful rhythm.
