Sung Hoon brought the heat to São Paulo, Brazil, for his first-ever solo fan meeting, “MOMENTO SECRETO COM SUNG HOON,” held on May 10th, 2024. Over 2,400 excited fans packed Espaco Unimed to spend a memorable evening with the star.
The actor kicked things off by serenading the crowd with “You Are My World,” the OST from his hit drama My Secret Romance. He then chatted with fans about what he’d been up to lately and shared his excitement about finally meeting his Brazilian fans in person. Transforming into a DJ for his fans, Sung Hoon wowed the audience with his impressive performances. After the fan meeting, he treated fans to an autograph session, selfies, and even a high-touch event, creating unforgettable moments for everyone.
Speaking of unforgettable moments, fans might remember Sung Hoon’s past appearance on Strong Heart where he revealed Im Soo Hyang as his ideal type while filming a drama with her. He even playfully admitted the kiss scene with her was “really nice,” hinting at his fondness for his co-star. “We filmed the underwater kiss scene for two hours. It wasn’t difficult at all,” he confessed. “Every time the director asked to film again, I said ‘Thank you!'”
“While filming, I got so into my character that I wanted to date Im Soo Hyang in real life,” he admitted, much to the audience’s surprise. “The lines between reality and the drama blurred. I truly felt love for her.” When other cast members asked, “Did you really date?” he responded, “After the drama ended, the feelings disappeared,” dismissing the dating rumors that had been circulating.
With a successful fan meeting in São Paulo under his belt, Sung Hoon recently wrapped up another event in Yokohama, Japan, on June 21st.
