BLACKPINK’s Lisa is making headlines once again, this time in the world of high-end real estate. According to Mansion Global, the K-pop icon has scooped up a “magical” Beverly Hills mansion for $3.95 million. This purchase comes as Lisa broadens her professional activities in the United States.
The Los Angeles-based design company that bought the three-story mansion built in 1924 last year for $2.36 million transformed it extensively into a British country house style. The estate sprawls over 1.3 acres and boasts four bedrooms, a swimming pool, and a large wooden terrace complete with a pizza oven, surrounded by Coldwater Canyon Hills, offering privacy and tranquility.
Back in Seoul, Lisa had previously acquired a prestigious property in Seongbuk-dong, Seongbuk District, known for its affluent residences. She purchased this mansion entirely in cash for 7.5 billion KRW (approximately 5.6 million USD) in July 2022. The residence, spanning from the basement to two upper floors with a total area of 689.22 square meters, was formerly inhabited for seven years by Lotte New York Palace executive Jang Seon Yoon and his spouse.
Further fueling public fascination, Lisa showcased parts of her estate and a luxury foreign car last month on her personal agency LLOUD’s YouTube channel. The car, a Mercedes Benz G-Class AMG, famously known as the “G-Wagen” and favored by celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, and Kylie Jenner, has been specially tuned by the luxury car customization firm Mansory, with tuning costs estimated at around 700 million KRW (approximately 524,000 USD).
In addition to her real estate ventures, Lisa has recently inked a partnership with RCA Records, a subsidiary of Sony Music, in the States. She is gearing up for a global outreach with plans to release a new solo album in collaboration with RCA Records. She’s also set to appear in the upcoming season 3 of HBO’s hit series The White Lotus.
