Unintentional Love Story‘s highly anticipated spin-off film, The Time of Fever, has finally unveiled its trailer.
The veil has been lifted on The Time of Fever, the long-awaited spin-off film based on the hit 2023 BL drama Unintentional Love Story. This exciting new project dives into the high school days of the series’ beloved second lead couple, Go Ho Tae (played by Won Tae Min) and Kim Dong Hee (played by Han Do Woo). Fans who fell for the “second lead couple syndrome” with this pair can expect a story that explores their lingering connection and the complexities of their relationship.
The trailer opens with Go Ho Tae returning to Gangneung after two years in Seoul.
As the film synopsis reveals, Kim Dong Hee lives alone in Ho Tae’s house after coming out and being kicked out of the family house. There, a twist of fate brings Ho Tae and Dong Hee together under the same roof. Dong Hee feels excited again seeing Ho Tae, who is like a real brother but also his first love, but it is not easy to suppress his feelings. Ho Tae makes girlfriends to escape the confusing feelings he has for Dong Hee. Seeing Ho Tae like that, Dong Hee is hurt, and the strange relationship between the two begins to change gradually due to an unexpected incident.
The Time of Fever is slated for a May release this year.
