Coupang Play treated viewers to a first look at What Comes After Love‘s script reading.
Lee Se Young, Sakaguchi Kentaro, Hong Jong Hyun and Nakamura Anne all came together for the exciting event, greeting each other warmly in their native languages and brimming with excitement for the project.
Once the reading began, the actors immediately immersed themselves in their characters, delivering powerful performances that instantly transported everyone to the story. Lee Se Young brought out the emotional depth of her character Hong, while Sakaguchi Kentaro perfectly captured the loneliness of Jun Go. Hong Jong Hyun and Nakamura Anne also impressed with their portrayals of Min Joon and Kanna.
The actors clicked together during the reading, and their enthusiasm for the project was infectious.
Based on the popular Japanese novel of the same name, What Comes After Love the story of a woman who loses her memory of a fateful love and a man who is filled with regret. As they meet again years later, they must confront the past and decide whether to move on or rekindle their lost love.
What Comes After Love premieres on Coupang Play in 2024.
