Drama Ranking for 3rd Week of January

tvN’s Marry My Husband continues to dominate the top spot, with its star, Park Min Young, maintaining her lead in the cast rankings. Despite Dispatch raising allegations about Park Min Young receiving living expenses from an ex-boyfriend, the drama remains unaffected. JTBC’s Welcome to Samdalri and SBS’s My Demon concluded their runs in second and third place, respectively. Welcome to Samdalri ended on a high note with its best viewership ratings, while My Demon struggled with ratings until its finale. Both dramas concluded with happy endings, leaving viewers much satisfied. KBS’s Korea–Khitan War has dropped to fourth place amidst controversy for deviating from its original work, leading to dissatisfaction among both the author and viewers. Disney Plus’ A Shop for Killers and Netflix’s The Bequeathed made their debuts in the sixth and seventh spots. A Shop for Killers has been well-received for its entertainment value, whereas The Bequeathed has garnered mostly disappointing reactions for falling short of expectations. tvN’s Captivating the King debuted at No. 8.
