MBC has unveiled the first teaser trailer for its highly anticipated drama, Wonderful World.
Wonderful World tells the story of Soo Hyun (played by the acclaimed Kim Nam Joo), a woman shattered by the tragic loss of her son in a devastating accident. When the legal system fails to deliver justice, Soo Hyun embarks on a dangerous mission of revenge.
Director Lee Seung Young of Tracer and Voice 2 helms the show and Kim Ji Eun of Lie After Lie and Cheongdam-dong Scandal pens the script. Kim Nam Joo, Cha Eun Woo, Kim Kang Woo and Lim Se Mi will star in this highly anticipated drama respectively as Soo Hyun, Kwon Sun Ryul, Kang Soo Ho and Han Yu Ri.

The newly released teaser trailer begins with Kim Nam Joo setting the tone with a determined gaze and a chilling narration, “It all started that day.” The trailer then cuts to a tearful Soo Hyun asking, “Don’t you think I’m terrible?” Cha Eun Woo, playing the enigmatic Kwon Sun Ryul, responds with a sharp, “Do you know when human beings suffer the most?” These cryptic exchanges hint at the darkness and complexity that lie at the core of the drama, leaving viewers eager to unravel the mysteries surrounding the tragic event.
This upcoming drama will mark a notable shift for Cha Eun Woo, as he will break away from his usual sunny image to deliver raw emotions and a heart-wrenching story.
Wonderful World will premiere on March 1st.
