EXO’s Kai is returning with a new solo album.
On the 14th, SM Entertainment confirmed Kai’s solo comeback. “Kai will be releasing his new solo album in mid-March. Please look forward to his comeback,” the label announced.
This is the singer’s solo comeback a year and four months after the release of his second mini-album Peaches in November 2021. Kai showcased the music of his own color and sensuous performances in his solo career, heightening expectations for his new solo album.
Kai recently held his first solo live event “Kai Japan Special Live 2023” in Nagoya, Osaka, and Yokohama, Japan, from January 28th to 31st.
Meanwhile, EXO is gearing up for their comeback as a whole group with Baekhyun’s discharge from the military.
