Jung Sung Il, who played Yeon Jin’s (played by Lim Ji Yeon) husband in Netflix hit The Glory, has been making headlines, and here’s a look at various dramas he has starred in so far.

The actor has worked as a stage actor since he debuted in 2007 with the theatrical adaptation of Kang Full’s Fool. In 2020, he broke free from his typical calm and reserved character and took on a comedic role in a musical titled Mio Fratello, which made him the “idol of Daehangno.”

He then began making appearances in TV dramas. In Stranger 2, the star played the right-hand man of Lee Yeon Jae (Yoon Se A) and earned the nickname of “the lethally attractive man” as he always stood by her with his typical stern yet swoonworthy look.

He also starred in Bad and Crazy as Shin Ju Hyeok, a warm-hearted therapist working at a juvenile center. He did a brilliant job of portraying the psychopathic character with a piercing gaze at the end as he turned out to be the true leader of a newly formed drug ring.

In Our Blues, he played Min Seon Ah’s (Shin Min Ah) husband Tae Hoon and excellently portrayed his sensitive emotions.

Meanwhile, Ha Do Young is expected to face a major problem in his perfect life in the upcoming episodes of The Glory. All eyes are on the choice he will make and who he will choose between Dong Eun (Song Hye Kyo) and Yeon Jin.
