Ma Dong Seok Finishes Filming ‘The Outlaws’ 3 + 4th Installment Is in the Works

The Outlaws franchise is expanding rapidly.

On the 15th, Ma Dong Seok, aka Don Lee, took to his Instagram to announce the exciting news about his hit series The Outlaws. “THE ROUNDUP: NO WAY OUT (The Outlaws 3) has wrapped production!!” he wrote. “We are concurrently shooting THE ROUNDUP: PUNISHMENT (The Outlaws 4) which we will also finish strong!”

Along with the caption, the actor released two photos of himself. In the first one, he’s glaring at someone with an injured shoulder, while in the other one, he’s throwing a mega-punch at someone.

The Outlaws franchise revolves around Ma Seok Do, nicknamed “the beast cop.” The third installment is helmed by Director Lee Sang Yong, who directed The Roundup (The Outlaws 2). Stranger and 365: Repeat the Year actor Lee Joon Hyuk turns into a new villain, following Yoon Kye Sang and Son Suk Ku.

As Don Lee wrote himself, the fourth series is also concurrently being filmed with stunt director Heo Myeong Haeng tapped as the helmer. Honest Candidate star Kim Mu Yeol has been chosen as the fourth villain of the franchise.

Meanwhile, Lee also mentioned his upcoming comedy flick in his post. “I also appreciate your excitement and support behind ‘Men of Plastic‘ which is set to release in theaters nationwide on 11/30. Thanks!”
