BLACKPINK and SEVENTEEN all took home two awards at the 2022 MTV Europe Music Awards.
BLACKPINK scored Best Metaverse Performance for their PUBG Mobile in-game concert “The Virtual”, and their member Lisa has now won the award for Best K-Pop.

Lisa became the final winner of the K-pop category after competing with BLACKPINK, BTS, SEVENTEEN, TWICE, and ITZY.
BTS was nominated in four different categories and took home the Biggest Fans award, which marks their 5th consecutive win of the particular award.
Some groups enjoyed their first win at the awards night. SEVENTEEN scored the Best New Act as well as Best Push, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER took home this year’s award for Best Asia Act.
Taylor Swift was the biggest winner of this year’s MTV European Music Awards, cleaning up at Sunday’s ceremony with four EMAs, including Best Video, Best Artist, Best Pop and Best Longform Video.
