Netflix confirmed the released date of The Fabulous with an intriguing new poster.
The new series tells the story of four best friends chasing their dreams while juggling demanding jobs, romantic dilemmas and wild nights in the fashion industry.
During its “Tudum Korea: A Netflix Global Fan Event” held on September 14th, Netflix released an interview with Chae Soo Bin and SHINee’s Minho about their upcoming series, along with an intriguing behind-the-scenes clip.
In the series, Chae Soo Bin plays a confident career woman named Pyo Ji Eun, who works as the section chief of a luxury brand promotion agency. While she struggles to survive in the fashion field, she maintains herself with a bright personality and positive energy.
Minho takes on the role of Ji Woo Min, a freelance photo editor. Although he has good looks and skills for his job, he has no passion for his career and love. He slowly changes as he meets Pyo Ji Eun and realizes his dreams and desires.
The newly released poster shares a glimpse of the millennial lifestyle as Pyo Ji Eun and Ji Woo Min shines under the colorful lights together, sharing their burning passion for their dreams.
Expectations are growing on the upcoming series as Chae Soo Bin said, “I enjoyed the filming so much that I had to stop laughing at time to shoot my scenes. I think we had great teamwork and everyone worked well together,” in an interview. The series is produced by creator Kim Jung Hyun behind At a Distance, Spring Is Green, Hotel Del Luna, A Korean Odyssey, and Gu Family Book and written by screenwriter Kim Ji Hee and Im Jin Sun.
The Fabulous will premiere on November 4th.
