Netflix has recently announced the release date ofGlitch.
The upcoming mystery series follows a woman named Ji Hyo, who can see aliens, and a woman named Bo Ra, who has been chasing afterunidentified flying objects. They team up to find Ji Hyo’s boyfriend, who went missing on one day. The series is helmed by Very Ordinary CoupleandJournalist director Roh Deok and written byExtracurricular screenwriter Jin Han Sae.
Jeon Yeo Been ofBe Melodramatic,VincenzoandNight in Paradise will play an ordinary woman named Hong Ji Hyo who hides her ability to see aliens.Nana ofThe Good Wife,Into The RingandThe Swindlers will star as Ji Hyo’s longtime friend Heo Bo Ra, a vlogger who runs mysterious Youtube channels for videos on unexplained mysteries and strange stories.
Although the two grew apart as they grew older, they reunited like in the old days to find Ji Hyo’s missing boyfriend, Si Kook. Just like the meaning of the word “glitch,” the two will experience bizarre events that will add fun to the series.
Glitchwill premiere on October 7th.
