The second season of Work Later, Drink Now has officially begun its filming.
Work Later, Drink Now, a drama adaptation of a webtoon of the same name, tells the story of three longtime friends and drinking buddies. The show revolved around their lives from their college days when they met their first love to after they’ve gotten jobs and experienced various ups and downs, receiving praises for its realistic, sympathetic story.
After its release, the show quickly became a hot topic thanks to word of mouth, becoming the show that garnered the most paid users on the platform TVING. Then earlier this year, Work Later, Drink Now was invited to the Cannes International Series Festival.
Thanks to the enthusiasm it received, TVING had confirmed the production of season 2 early on. Lee Sun Bin, Jeong Eun Ji, Han Sun Hwa, Choi Siwon will all reprise their roles from season 1. Joining the season 2 crew are writer Wi So Young, who penned the first season, and Birthcare Center director Park Soo Won.
Meanwhile, Work Later, Drink Now Season 2 will be released on TVING later this year.
