Park Bo Gum has chosen the 58th Baeksang Arts Awards as a place to make his official comeback after being discharged from the military.
On the 29th, OSEN reported that Park Bo Gum has been chosen as the host of the upcoming Baeksang Arts Awards. The actor’s agency Blossom Entertainment confirmed, “Park Bo Gum is ahead of his discharge. As his first comeback since the discharge, he’ll greet you through the Baeksang Arts Awards.”
Park Bo Gum has hosted the ceremony for three consecutive years since 2018. But last year, with Park Bo Gum serving in the navy, only Suzy and Shin Dong Yup emceed the event. But this year, the trio will take the stage together again.
Park Bo Gum started his military service in August of 2020 as a keyboardist of the navy band. He returned home on February 21st for his last vacation and will be officially discharged without returning to the base tomorrow.
Meanwhile, the 58th Baeksang Arts Awards will be held on May 6th at 7:45 PM KST.
