‘School 2021,’ ‘Melancholia’ and ‘Reflection of You’ All See Dips in Their Ratings

Wednesday-Thursday dramas are struggling with all-time low ratings.

According to Nielsen Korea, the sixth episode of tvN’s Melancholia has set a new low with a nationwide viewership rating of 1.5 percent.

In the sixth episode, someone exposed �secretly taken pictures of Ji Yoon Soo (Im Soo Jung) and Baek Seung Yoo (Lee Do Hyun) at her wedding. The episode ended with Baek Seung Yoo reappearing four years later as a renowned mathematician.

A part of KBS’ high teen series, School 2021, has recorded a viewership rating of 1.6 percent for its second episode.

School 2021 depicts the stories of students who go to a specialized high school, with a focus on Gong Ki Joon, who gave up his dream of being a national Taekwondo player after getting injured in an accident. In the second episode, the school lives of Gong Ki Joon (Kim Yo Han), Jin Ji Won (Choi Yi Hyun), and Ji Ho Sung (Kim Kang Min) are drawn and Jung Yong Joo (Choo Young Woo), the transfer student, reveals his past to Gong Ki Joon.

The fourteenth episode of JTBC’s Reflection of You recorded an average nationwide viewership rating of 2.6 percent. In this episode, Seo Woo Jae (Kim Jae Young) is seen obsessively pursuing Jeong Hee Joo (Go Hyun Jung) while Ahn Hyun Sung (Choi Won Young) and Goo Hae Won (Shin Hyun Been) was having a suspicious meeting.
