[Weekly TV Top 10] ‘Hospital Playlist 2,’ ‘The Devil Judge’ & ‘The Penthouse 3’ Ranks Top 3

Drama Ranking for the 2nd Week of August

tvN’s Hospital Playlist 2 remained at the top spot for the second week. Yoo Yeon Seok’s surprise proposal to Shin Hyun Bin and Jung Kyung Ho and Kwak Sun Young’s reunion became a hot topic. tvN’s The Devil Judge climbed up a notch to No.2. But the sudden death of Park Gyu Young, who has finally confirmed his love with Jinyoung, received mixed reactions. SBS’s The Penthouse 3 saw a slight rise in ratings but landed at No. 3 with a drop in its popularity.

Uhm Ki Joon got locked up in a psychiatric ward, and Kim So Yeon drank wine with a memory-erasing drug. Nevertheless came in at No. 4. Han so Hee bid farewell to Song Kang, raising curiosity about the ending the two will see. KBS’s new drama Police University, starring Jin Young and Krystal, debuted at No.6, seeing a solid start. SBS’s Racket Boys finished its journey in 7th place, and the follow-up drama Lovers of the Red Sky ranked 8th even before its premiere.

MBC’s I Live Alone ranked 1st as the controversy over members bullying Gina84 made headlines. While intense criticisms and sympathy were formed, Gian84 himself showed great love for the show. Mnet’s Girls Planet 999 fell down to No. 2, but its popularity is definitely dominating the online world.
