Stray Kids’ Bang Chan finally met Ryan Reynolds!

Recently, Bang Chan had an interview with Ryan Reynolds, the lead actor of the movie Free Guy. This meeting is even more eye-catching as it’s the first time the two met since Reynolds showed his love for Stray Kids after watching Kingdom: Legendary War in May.

Showing his excitement to see his new bias, Reynolds greeted Bang Chang, saying, “There’s my guy. We finally meet! I’m so excited.” After exchanging greetings, the actor said hello to Korean fans per Bang Chan’s request. “I wish I could be there in person. I always love getting to go there and dive into the culture.”

However, Reynolds bounced right back to showing his love for Bang Chan and Stray Kids, even adding that he watched the “NOEASY” trailer a whole bunch of times.

Bang Chan smoothly led the interview with detailed questions. Saying that he personally enjoyed the story, the singer asked the question, “What’s the attractive feature of Free Guy that’s different from other movies?” Reynolds answered by listing the intriguing plot and themes and the surprise cameos, but he soon summed it up and shared that “it’s a fun movie.” He then added, “It’s my favorite movie I’ve ever made.”

Before wrapping up the interview, Reynolds once again showed his “fanboy” side. “I have like eight hundred thousand questions for you. I’m a huge fan. Not only do I love what you guys do, but I also love how you do it. You do it with joy and authenticity and in inventive ways.”

Meanwhile, Stray Kids will drop their 2nd full album NOEASY on the 23rd at 6 PM KST.
