The new Wavve original series You Raise Me Up confirmed its release date.

You Raise Me Up is a new comedy drama that revolves around Do Yong Shik, who is experiencing decreased sex drive in his 30s. When he reunites with his first love Lee Ru Da as his urologist, he finally takes control of his life.

Do Yong Shik, played by Yoon Shi Yoon, has failed the civil service examination multiple times. Moreover, when he starts to have issues with his urinary tract, his self-esteem falls straight to the ground.

In order to humble her boyfriend’s pride, Lee Ru Da used to brag about her “awesome” first love. But one day, that first love walks into her clinic as a patient. Will this “unwelcome” meeting mend their wounded self-esteem and pride?

The poster released today conveys the charm of the free-spirited project by using the “shrimp” as a metaphor. In the left poster, the shrimp is bent as if to represent Yong Shik’s desperate craving to bounce back in his life. Yet, the same shrimp has his back straight in the other poster and raises expectations for Yong Shik and Ru Da’s meeting.

Wavve shared, “Please look forward to the growth of young people who ‘stand tall’ as the protagonists of their love and life in the new Wavve original series You Raise Me Up.”

Meanwhile, the entire drama of You Raise Me Up, starring Yoon Shi Yoon, Hani, and Park Ki Woong, will be released exclusively on Wavve on the 31st.
