SHINee’s Onew will be singing the OST for You Are My Spring, starring Seo Hyun Jin and Kim Dong Wook.
According to STUDIO MAUMC, Onew’s OST “To Sweet Spring” will be released on August 3rd at 6 PM KST. “Onew has successfully pulled off the melody of a mournful song with his sensible and appealing voice,” they shared.
“To Sweet Spring” is the 7th OST of You Are My Spring and is a ballad song featuring a lyrical yet sentimental melody. The lyrics show the struggling heart of Joo Young Do (Kim Dong Wook), who is hesitant to approach Kang Da Jung (Seo Hyun Jin). And the song flowed out in the kiss scene of the two in episode 9, perfectly delivering the characters’ emotions.
Plus, composer Yoon Young Jun, who wrote the hit songs “It Would Be Good” and “Two People” by singer Sung Si Kyung, composed the song. Star lyricist Kim Eana wrote the lyrics.
Meanwhile, You Are My Spring is the story of people living in the same building where a murder case took place. It shows the story of those who live their ordinary life under the name of “adult,” with seven-year-olds in their hearts.
