The new Wavve original movie Gentleman officially announced the casting of Ju Ji Hoon and Han So Hee. The filming will begin in August.
Gentleman is the new action crime movie. When private detective Ji Hyun Soo (Ju Ji Hoon) is named as the suspect of a murder case, he struggles to prove his name. But in the process, he gets caught up in a huge case. Finding himself in a situation to clear his name in a week, he cooperates with prosecutor Kim Hwa Jin (Han So Hee) to find the victim.
The fresh combination of the hottest stars is already making headlines. Ju Ji Hoon, who mainly worked in the film industry, plays Ji Hyun Soo that runs a private detective agency. Han So Hee, who rose to stardom with The World of the Married and Nevertheless, plays elite prosecutor Kim Hwa Jin.
On top of these two, The Artist: Reborn director Kim Kyung Won helms the production. Trickster and H& Entertainment will co-produce the movie.
As the first-ever Wavve original movie, Gentleman will be released in theaters first in May next year. Afterward, it will be released on Wavve exclusively for those who bought the monthly membership.
