Monday-Tuesday Viewers Decide on the Teen Show

SBS Racket Boys, which depicts the fresh romance between Yoon Hae Gang (Tang Jun Sang) and Han Se Yoon (Lee Jae In), is solidifying its position as the top Monday-Tuesday series.

According to Nielsen Korea, the fifth episode aired on June 14th achieved a viewership rating of 4.3 percent and 6.2 percent nationwide, breaking their previous record of 5.8 percent. In addition, Rackett Boys are securing their spot on the Top 10 TV Show on Korean Netflix.

KBS’ At a Distance Spring is Green started on a low note with average viewership ratings of 2.6 and 2.3 percent for the season-premiere. It’s less than half those of Youth of May, which garnered 4.6 and 5.6 percent. In the first episode, the show depicted the reality of young college students: Yeo Jun (Park Ji Hoon), the popular guy in Myungil University, Kim So Bin (Kang Min Ah), an ordinary student who wants to bring herself out of mediocrity and Nam Soo Hyun (Bae In Hyuk), who gave up having dates and leisure time to pay off his tuition and living expenses.

Since the show has just started airing, whether it will see an increase in the viewership rating in the future remains noteworthy.

Meanwhile, although Park Bo Young and Seo In Guk have confirmed their strong love, tvN’s Doom at Your Service garnered average viewership ratings of 2.5 percent for three episodes in a row,
