Actress Shin Soo Hyun has been cast for KBS 2TV’s new Mon-Tues series, From a Distance, a Green Spring.
Based on a webtoon of the same name, From a Distance, a Green Spring is a drama about the reality of people in their 20s as they are expected to live the spring of their lives, just like the famous quote “Life is a tragedy in close up but a comedy in long-shot.” It is set to kick off in June.
Shin Soo Hyun will be playing Park Hye Ji in the said drama. She is a cold and somewhat arrogant character who likes to hang out with others but is actually double-faced as she treats people differently with a sense of superiority that stems from her academic background. As the actress has been active in various fields including dramas, advertisements, music videos, and plays, Shin Soo Hyun’s performance in From a Distance, a Green Spring is more anticipated.
Meanwhile, Park Ji Hoon, Bae In Hyuk, Kang Min Ah, Kwon Eun Bin, and Na In Woo have previously confirmed their appearances for From a Distance, a Green Spring.
