Song Hye Kyo, Jang Ki Yong, Choi Hee Seo, and Kim Joo Hun will be joining the new SBS drama Now, We Are Breaking Up.

Now, We Are Breaking Up will be airing in the second half of this year. Song Hye Kyo, Jang Ki Yong, Choi Hee Seo, and Kim Joo Hun will each portray intriguing breakup and love stories.

Song Hye Kyo will become Ha Young Eun. Her character is the design team leader at a fashion label who is a cold-hearted realist and a smart stable-seeker. Plus, she is very strict with herself and she is described with words like trendy, beautiful, and sensual.

Jang Ki Yong plays freelance fashion photographer Yoon Jae Gook. He is one of the industry’s most sought-after photographers who is smart, intelligent, and wealthy. His biggest charm is that he stays cool in front of love.

Choi Hee Seo takes on the role of Hwang Chi Wook, the director of a fashion label’s design team. She was Young Eun’s high school classmate and the so-called celeb of the fashion industry with perfect financial resources, but at the same time, she is fed up with her personal problems.

Kim Joo Hun has been cast for Seok Do Hoon, the CEO of the PR company. He stands at the center of the new trends. Unlike his fancy appearance, he is a pure-hearted man when it comes to love.

With Misty screenwriter Jane’s script, Dr. Romantic 2 and Vegabond’s director Lee Gil Bok will make the series happen. Earlier, Soo Ae and Yoo Teo were the candidates for the roles of Ha Young Eun and Yoon Jae Gook but they eventually dropped out due to scheduling issues. Meanwhile, Now, We Are Breaking Up will begin its filming in April and premiere in the second half of the year.
